Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom candle purchase. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are accepted under specific circumstances:

Items Eligible for Return

  • Items received damaged or defective
  • Items that differ significantly from the ordered specifications
  • Standard (non-custom) products in original, unused condition

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom candles made to your specific design specifications
  • Items that have been used or burned
  • Personalized labels with custom messages
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@brushlearncreate.world or call +1 816-832-8461
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
  5. Ship the item back using the provided return address

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective due to our error. For damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Amounts

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Full refund including original shipping costs
  • Incorrect Items: Full refund including return shipping costs
  • Standard Returns: Item price refunded, original shipping costs non-refundable

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.

Custom Orders

Custom candles are made specifically to your design specifications. These items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, or significantly differ from what was ordered. Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After 24 hours, custom orders may be subject to cancellation fees depending on production status. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
